Welcome! This application helps you manage unit ownership and calculate maintenance fees.
- Search Units: Use the search bar to instantly filter the unit list.
- Select Units: Check the boxes next to the units you own.
- Total Area: The "Total Plot Size" will update automatically.
- Maintenance Fees: The annual and half-yearly maintenance fees are calculated based on your total square ft owned. Rate ₹10/sqft annually, ₹5/sqft half-yearly.
- Penalty Fees: If you have any pending payments, the total penalty will be displayed in red. Fees are calculated at 1% of the half-yearly fee per month overdue.
- Payment Due Date: The next payment date is calculated based on the last payment date. If no payment has been made, it defaults to the current date.
- Post Payment: After making a payment, please capture the transaction ID and send an email to info@maanyalotus.com
